Head of Studio / Livestream Producer

Roxom TV is the sister arm of Roxom, a first-of-its-kind Bitcoin-denominated stock exchange. As a member of the media arm of Roxom, our goal was to create a worldwide livestreaming news network with live and edited content on across all platforms - YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and on the company's website. This included setting up studios and broadcasting from financial hubs around the world, including London.

When I first joined Roxom TV, my first challenge was to find and then build an livestreaming studio from scratch. And though I have years of TV production experience, this project presented a unique challenge. Because of the worldwide reach and the small team, all operations would be centered at Roxom TV's headquarters in Buenos Aires. Therefore, while I would be directing the shows live from the studio, all graphics, camera operations and news aggregation would be done remotely.

After building the studio and setting up a dedicated fibre optic cable, I coordinated the technical sync that was necessary to produce a show with just myself and the show host in London, and the rest of the team at headquarters. This meant establishing a connection to the PTZ cameras in studio, establishing lines of communication, eliminating any lag time, and syncing graphics for a live stream.

Once the shows were up and running, I acted as the lead producer for two weekly news programs, I managed every stage of production — from pitching and scripting to directing over 13 hours of live and recorded content each week. I also handled guest booking and pre-interviews, working side-by-side with anchors and correspondents to create insightful, dynamic segments.

Beyond production, I coordinated with editorial, marketing, and social teams to extend our reach across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Our videos consistently drew around 250,000 monthly views, and those collaborations helped strengthen the network’s digital storytelling and audience engagement.
